The wedding of Anne-marie and Les

Yesterday was the wedding of Anne-marie and Les at St John's Church, Ashbrooke. The sun shone beautifully on this happy couple and we at Jillian Dixon Photography had a lovely day photographing happy guests, happy children and a very happy minister! We were made to feel like part of the family from the beginning of the day until we left. Thank you Anne-marie, Les and Nathan and your family. We wish you love and luck in your future life together.

There's always time for beautiful shoes...

And small details...

A beautiful bride...and looking very serene and calm too...

Very special little people...

The minister puts Les at ease...I think...

That special kiss...

An image symbolising the meaning of the day...love is eternal...

First walk as Mr and Mrs Willis...

Happy guests, happy couple...

Time for some formal shots in the church grounds...

The bridesmaids put the balloons to good use...

What does that do then?....

So I just burst it with this big pin?...

Excellent! The best pinata in the world!

Congratulations!

A lovely surprise!

A couple of days ago we received a beautiful photo montage card, emblazoned with a banner which read Thank You. The photos were from Craig and Louise's wedding at Crab Manor, and the words inside touched our hearts and made us smile...

To Jillian and Jamie
Thank you so much for everything. We were so lucky to have such friendly, helpful and talented photographers, you caught so many things we missed; our photos are beautiful.
Thank you so much.
Lots of love
Craig and Louise
xx

What more can I say?...thank YOU so much, you made OUR day fabulous with your warmth and generosity, and it was an absolute pleasure!

Corinna and Michael

Time for us to meet up with Corinna and Michael again this week- for the wedding of this lovely, loving couple. Corinna and Michael were married at Elvet Methodist Church in a beautiful touching ceremony. The reception venue was Durham Castle in all its splendour, complete with a piper to welcome the couple and give a Scottish blessing. The bride was absolutely stunning, the dress a delight, and the groom, groomsmen and guests one of the handsomest bunches we've met. Enjoy a little preview of your images, Corinna and Michael, before heading off on your fabulous Caribbean honeymoon. Congratulations!

Yesterday was Leeanna and Ian's wedding at the Britannia Airport Hotel. I knew Ian and Leeanna were lovely to deal with, but hadn't realised what a fantastic fun-filled day we'd have with their happy, loving, extended family. It was a beautiful sunny day, a day of a hundred laughs and a thousand kisses. Here are a very few of your photos for you to enjoy, Ian and Leeanna, before you jet off to your honeymoon in the Dominican Republic. Have a fantastic time!

A Corker of a day
