The real royal wedding...
Yesterday was the wedding of Kevin and Cheryl at beautiful, magnificent Slaley Hall in deepest Northumberland. After a morning of rain and wind, it seemed that we'd be seeing a lot of the inside of the Hall, but halfway through the ceremony, the sun burst through and stayed for the rest of the day. We had fun creating beautiful pictures, a few of which are below. Then, after the wonderful wedding breakfast and some very surprising speeches (censored!) the party continued into the night. I can vouch for the warm welcome and excellent service at Slaley Hall, and for the friendliness and hospitality of the Washbourne, Bryden and O'Brien families. Congratulations and thank you, Cheryl and Kevin, enjoy your tropical honeymoon!
