On Sunday, I had my first visit to Close House for Ashley and Peter's preshoot. What a beautiful venue! Peter and Ashley enjoyed practising being Lord and Lady of the manor and I enjoyed the fabulous colours of the outdoors, and the grandeur of the indoors. Can't wait for the wedding!
Saturday was a most unusual day. We were greeted by the most beautiful (if humid) weather of the year, we met the most organised bride in the world,as well as the most accommodating vicar and most helpful churchwarden, witnessed the most perfectly choreographed first dance and definitely the most boisterous SECOND dance! Thank you Tammy and Anthony and your most welcoming families-we had a most wonderful day!
Here's Issi, our attack cat, looking very glamorous with the aid of Kevin Kubota and some Canon L glass. Just spent half an hour on me tum in the sun, practising for tomorrow's wedding. Love the Canon L glass 70-200mm f4 IS.
Today was a welcome day off, and despite it being a Bank Holiday Monday, and an awful start to the day (woken by torrential rain at 6.30am) the skies cleared further north, and the light in Alnmouth, Northumberland was perfect for some vibrant skies and some pastel seascapes. Glad I took my camera- I nearly left it behind to have a REAL day off!
